Shipping Policy
Our shipping is secure and fast thanks to our partners DHL and Hermes. Every order is usually shipped the next business day. DHL and Hermes typically deliver packages within Germany within 2-5 business days. We also offer a free delivery service within a 20km radius of Groß-Umstadt.
SHIPPING COSTS
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.20 per order.
For orders over €75.00 we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Netherlands: €9.90
For orders over €150.00 we offer free shipping.
